Radical Hindus demand that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi adopt a clear position about his promises of strengthening the Hindu religion in the country. These kinds of promises of radical groups that want to eradicate Christianity are not new but are a growing movement. They want to transform their country into a “church-free zone”
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) movement has been promoting the “religious purification” and “re-conversion” from northern religions.
Their brutal attacks include kidnapping and torture of Hindus turn to Jesus, in the process they call “re-conversion”. Christian churches are invaded and Hindus God’s images are placed on the altar. Then, it’s declared that the church and the followers need purification since they are “unclean”.
